• Set the employee up on Kelio. Duplicate an existing employee from their department, add in their payroll number, Christmas shutdown days, Sunday special hours, and ask HR to add in their email. Once the email has been received, reset their Kelio password, and send out the Kelio enrolment email (template attached here - ). Double check the Kelio setup to ensure that all details are correct. HR calculate and add in annual leave entitlement.


  • On Profitmaster, set the employee up with their initials and their payroll number.


  • If the employee's department is Production, ensure that they are setup in the Production Employees table of BC.
