1. Go to https://anywhere.portal.evolveip.uk/.
  2. Click on the Users tab and click “Add user”.
  3. Enter user details, and click “Next”.

4. Select a DDI assignment for the user, and click Next.

 5. Assign an extension, and click Next.

6. Select the “Voice2Teams” license, and click Next.

 6. Select “New Device” from the dropdown, and assign the “MS Teams” device.

7. Select “Open user” when completed.

 

8. Click on “Devices”, and open the SIP Credentials tab.

 

9. Generate and confirm a new password. Take note of the SIP username ID.

 10. Sync the V2T portal.

 

11. Click Add User.

 

12. Change the PBX / Trunk to “EvolveIP PBX”, and select the user from the drop down. If the user isn’t showing, check their licenses in 365.

 

13. V2T will autofill the phone number from AD. If the autofilled DDI is incorrect, click on the padlock icon to edit it.

 

14. Enter the Line Port ID noted down earlier into “SIP Username” and the SIP credentials username into the “Auth Username”.

 15. Enter the password generated in Evolve Anywhere into the Password field, and click Add. The user’s registration will turn orange.
