To create an Outlook signature, follow the below steps:

Open Outlook and go to New Email.

Once the New Email window opens, click on the "From" button to choose which mailbox to send the email from.

If you can't see a "From" box, go to the Options header and click on "From" on the Show Fields section.

Now click on Signature and then "Signatures..."

Once the Signatures and Stationary window opens, click New and enter a name for the signature and then click OK.

Use the Edit Signature box to input and design your new signature.

If you are using this signature for a Shared Mailbox, leave the "Choose default signature" section empty, if you are using the signature for your current mailbox, choose from the drop down menus whether you wish for the signature to appear on New messages and/or Replies/forwards.

The signature will appear at the bottom of the email message body but it does not replace your default Rodo signature.

Once finished, click OK.

Once you have typed your email out, click on "Signatures" and you should now see the newly created signature as an option in the dropdown box, click on the signature to add it into the email.

You are now ready to send the email with the new signature attached.
